What DEC Projects delivered:
We focused on breaking down their service offering into clear, client-friendly streams, then built a suite of capability statements aligned to each division of the business. That included one core capability statement for the civil side, one for Environmental Solutions, and one for Specialist Trades and Asset Maintenance.
Our marketing department also worked alongside our in-house estimating team to provide tender support across both divisions. That support covered bid writing, tender coordination and engineering expertise. we created tailored client presentations and strengthened internal tender documentation, including past project sheets and employee CVs with correct branding. Those assets now support repeatable tendering and tighter consistency across submissions.
