Welcome new team to DEC Projects

We are pleased to announce the growth of our team with three new appointments: Jessica Mckernan, George Chan, and Jocelyn Leong.

  • Jessica Mckernan joins as Estimator, bringing experience as a Civil Engineer across both design and site delivery works.

  • George Chan joins as Estimator, with international experience as a Chartered Civil Engineer in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

  • Jocelyn Leong joins as Marketing Coordinator, contributing expertise in marketing, graphic design, tendering, and project management.

Each of these appointments strengthens our capability and reinforces our commitment to delivering excellence for our clients. We are excited to welcome Jessica, George, and Jocelyn to the DEC Projects team.
