Project Description
The project removed the Mt Derrimut Road level crossing with a new rail-over-road solution and a new V/Line station. Delivery included long-span concrete bridge sections supported on reinforced concrete columns, retaining walls at each end, and a 44-metre steel bridge span over Mt Derrimut Road. DEC Projects engaged at TOC with McConnell Dowell and then provided senior project engineering across the final four months to commissioning, leading civil works to completion.
