Barwon Heads Road Upgrade

Project Description
Upgrade of a critical 1.1 km section between Barware Road and Marshalltown Road. Works widened the corridor from two to four lanes and delivered a new rail-over-road bridge at Marshall to remove the level crossing. The package enhances safety and access through a new shared walking and cycling path, a local service road connection, and corridor-wide lighting, drainage, signage and landscaping.
